We hired Shanze and his team to do a significant home remodel and addition construction. The job incorporated taking down walls, installing load bearing beams, cutting into the block to relocate the patio door, adding on a an addition to the back of the home, remodeling a bathroom, complete kitchen gut, removing popcorn in the whole house, texturing the ceiling, painting, moving plumbing and electrical, adding lighting, installing luxury laminate flooring in the whole house (including the stairs), new base molding, . The organization and communication of his team is fantastic. Shanze was often on site to inspect the work and ensure my wife and me were happy. The results exceeded our expectations.
